Synopsis

Shinichi Kudou, a talented high school sleuth noted for cracking difficult mysteries, follows two suspicious figures and witnesses a criminal act. Captured by those men, he is administered an experimental drug and left for dead, but instead awakens in the body of a seven-year-old. Retaining his original deductive abilities, he conceals his true identity from friends and allies, including Ran Mouri and her father Kogorou, and adopts the name Conan Edogawa as a cover. Operating from the shadows, he assists Kogorou with investigations using his unchanged investigative acumen, while secretly pursuing the organization that caused his transformation in hopes of restoring his former life.
