Synopsis

At the Bell Tree Tower observation deck, a man is fatally shot by an unseen marksman while Conan Edogawa is present; Conan attempts to stop the shooter but does not succeed. Investigators identify Timothy Hunter, an ex-Navy Special Ops operative already linked to a prior homicide inquiry, as a prime suspect. The FBI assesses that Timothy had at least three intended targets. After two of those targets are killed, Timothy is himself murdered, leaving authorities without a clear lead and disrupting the inquiry. As reports of targeted killings spread through Tokyo, public alarm grows. Conan must trace the true perpetrator behind the sniper attacks and halt the chain of assassinations before the city descends further into fear.
