Conan Edogawa joins the Detective Boys and Professor Hiroshi Agasa on a visit to the newly opened Nishitamashi Twin Towers, where they meet Ran Mouri, Sonoko Suzuki, and Ran’s father, Kogorou. Invited to a private walkthrough before the grand opening, the group’s routine tour is disrupted when three savage killings occur that appear connected to a mysterious Porsche 356A. As Conan and the young detectives investigate, a powerful explosion jolts the towers and fire spreads rapidly. With evacuation underway, the elevator—currently the only viable escape route—fails and those inside are left stranded. Facing mounting danger, Conan and the others work to protect trapped people while awaiting rescue, racing against time to preserve lives and uncover the culprits responsible for the attacks.
