Synopsis
During a nighttime operation, a foreign operative infiltrates a Japanese police facility aiming to seize classified intelligence from multiple nations. Public safety officers led by Tooru Amuro intercept the intruder, but the spy escapes in a vehicle, initiating a high-speed pursuit on the highway. The chase nears a multivehicle collision before an FBI sharpshooter, Shuichi Akai, fires, striking the spy's car and sending it off the road. The following day, Conan and his friends visit a recently renovated Tokyo aquarium centered around a large Ferris wheel. Beneath this main attraction they find an attractive woman who is injured and suffering from memory loss; she cannot recall her identity and her mobile phone is damaged. Notably, her eyes are two different colors. Conan and the group commit to helping her recover her memories and remain by her side. Meanwhile, Vermouth monitors events from the shadows and, after the encounter, activates a silencer and speaks into an intercom, indicating the plan has proceeded as intended.
