Synopsis
A rare Van Gogh Sunflowers canvas believed lost in a WWII air raid appears at an elite New York auction and is acquired by collector Jirokichi Suzuki and his niece Sonoko for $300 million. Suzuki reveals plans to reunite all seven Sunflowers paintings worldwide in a custom-built, highly secured gallery carved into a Japanese cliff called Lake Rock, and names seven expert guardians—the "Seven Samurai"—to manage the exhibition and protect the works. Meanwhile, Conan pursues Kaito Kid, suspected of attempting to steal one of the Sunflowers during the auction. The narrative balances high-stakes art recovery, intense security measures, and a clandestine heist pursued by competing figures.
