Synopsis

A blast devastates the Edge of Ocean complex at Tokyo Summit, drawing the attention of multiple authorities. At the scene appears Tooru Amuro, operating covertly under the codename Zero as an operative for the National Police Agency Security Bureau. Another side of him is known in civilian life as Rei Furuya, a detective and protégé of Kogorou Mouri; yet he also carries the alias Bourbon within the Black Organization. Following the explosion, Kogorou is taken into custody as a primary suspect. Conan launches his own inquiry to establish Kogorou’s innocence, but Amuro’s presence and actions obstruct Conan’s efforts, creating tension between pursuing the truth and navigating overlapping loyalties and hidden identities.
