Nagisa Misumi and Honoka Yukishiro are middle school classmates who appear to be opposites: Nagisa exudes athletic energy and popularity as a lacrosse standout, while Honoka is reserved and known for her intellect. Despite outward differences, they share a hidden destiny as Light's representatives, transforming into Cure Black and Cure White. Guided by two fairy companions, Mipple and Mepple, the pair confront the invading Dotsuku Zone that threatens the Garden of Light. Tasked with preventing the corruption of the Garden of Rainbows, they must cooperate to locate seven Prism Stones and revive the Prism Hopish to repel the malevolent force. Facing formidable adversaries, Nagisa and Honoka develop teamwork and learn to control their emerging abilities to protect both worlds from further destruction.
