Synopsis

Tsubomi Hanasaki, a modest and reserved girl who loves flowers, relocates with her family and decides to present herself as more self-assured at her new school. On the day they move, she experiences a vivid vision of a floating tree watched over by a guardian called Cure Moonlight. That vision proves real when Tsubomi meets two enigmatic fairies, Chypre and Coffret, who are pursued by a mysterious woman. When the woman unleashes a massive creature on the city, Tsubomi unexpectedly transforms into a combatant to repel the threat, adopting the name Cure Blossom. She soon discovers the attacker belongs to an antagonistic faction intent on draining the world of life and turning it into desert, and Tsubomi takes on the responsibility of preventing that outcome. As she confronts additional monsters and gradually learns more about Cure Moonlight, Tsubomi struggles to develop the inner confidence necessary to move beyond her shy disposition while carrying the burden of defending her surroundings.
