In the midst of the Fourth Holy Grail War, conflict persists with no clear winner. Church overseer Risei Kotomine summons the surviving Masters and their Servants to unite against a looming danger that threatens to destabilize the war and annihilate Fuyuki City. A fragile ceasefire unravels when Masters resort to morally corrupt measures to secure victory. Tensions rise between Kiritsugu Emiya and his Servant Saber as their opposing beliefs about heroism and knightly duty create deep rifts. Concurrently, Kirei Kotomine, still searching for meaning, develops a troubling connection with one of the remaining Servants. As the war approaches its conclusion, the sacrifices required to prevail begin to obscure the distinction between triumph and ruin.
