Synopsis

The Holy Grail War is a deadly contest in which seven sorcerers called Masters summon legendary spirits known as Servants to fight on their behalf using command seals. In the Fifth iteration, Rin Tohsaka participates with her Servant Archer, aiming to claim the Holy Grail, an enchanted vessel said to grant any wish. Unexpectedly drawn into the conflict, Rin’s classmate Shirou Emiya becomes a Master as well and summons the Servant Saber. Confronted with common foes and the dangers of the battlefield, Rin and Shirou enter a provisional partnership to contend with rival Masters and navigate the moral and lethal complexities of the Grail War.
