Synopsis

Rimuru Tempest pauses his role as instructor to revisit his realm, Tempest, arriving in time to engage in fraught talks with the neighboring Kingdom of Eurazania. Those tense discussions conclude with a resolution that lets him return and complete his teaching duties. When he attempts to go back to Tempest permanently, he encounters an enigmatic figure capable of nullifying many of his magical faculties. Meanwhile, inside Tempest a dire situation unfolds: unidentified humans have infiltrated the nation, attacking residents across social ranks and aiming to kill rather than merely harm. With his powers restricted and his homeland under lethal threat, Rimuru must confront this potent and hazardous opponent and seek to reach Tempest before catastrophic consequences occur.
