Synopsis

Across three independent half-hour episodes, Lina Inverse teams with her companion Naga The Serpent to accept risky assignments aimed at earning quick money, securing food, or simply staying alive. The opening tale sends them against a deranged spellcaster who plans to exploit Lina to summon a powerful, magic-wielding chimera. In the second story, an anxious mother hires them to transform her son—an inexperienced youth with little skill at arms—into a reputable knight by orchestrating confrontations with roaming soldiers. The final episode has Lina and Naga racing to apprehend a renegade mage who wields an ancient device capable of producing faithful replicas of people or objects, pursued for the reward on his head. Each segment blends peril and humor while remaining self-contained.
