Synopsis

After resolving the disturbance involving dispersed Jewel Seeds, Nanoha Takamachi returns to her routine, now including morning magic practice. She keeps in touch through video messages with Fate Testarossa and the Arthra crew while looking forward to meeting them again. One day, while studying, Raising Heart alerts Nanoha to an imminent threat. The attacker, a young girl named Vita who identifies as a Belka Knight, demonstrates overwhelming power using an intelligent device with a strange cartridge system. The Space-Time Administration Bureau intervenes before Nanoha is defeated. Vita and her companions—Shamal, Signum, and Zafira—are executing a campaign to extract magical energy from mages to assemble the Book of Darkness, one of the Lost Logia. The knights’ objective raises questions about the purpose behind collecting this ominous tome.
