Synopsis

A ruthless billionaire named Shinatora erects grotesque, destructive structures that devastate parts of downtown Tokyo. An explosives-savvy saboteur called Benten systematically targets these edifices, demolishing the monuments tied to Shinatora’s influence. Assigned to Japan by the FBI, bomb-disposal specialist Lisa Hoshino arrives with her robotic assistant Dandy on a joint mission with local authorities. Reluctantly teamed with Lisa, Ryotsu is charged with defending the residents of the Kameari district as Benten’s motives and next moves remain unclear. A fresh threat surfaces in the form of a warning: Benten plans to strike Shinatora’s new, massive amusement complex, Shinatora World. At the site, Lisa and Ryotsu confront a looming Soviet-style rocket fitted with an enormous warhead capable of annihilating the surrounding Katsushika area. Faced with an imminent, catastrophic device, Ryotsu must act to protect the community while questions about Benten’s focus on Shinatora’s properties persist.
