Synopsis

Sousuke Sagara returns to Jindai High School with the mission to safeguard Kaname Chidori, a valuable asset, from any danger. His military mindset and lack of civilian experience create awkward, often hazardous situations that threaten Kaname's desire for an ordinary school routine. To confront perceived threats, Sousuke brings an assortment of weapons to campus, escalating incidents that Kaname must manage while performing her duties as student council vice president. For undercover needs, Sousuke sometimes dons the costume of a popular amusement park mascot, Bonta-kun; using his technical skill, he upgrades the costume into an advanced powered suit, which functions well except for a single flaw: its voice converter only produces the utterance "mofu." The series follows the pair as they attempt to maintain normal school life amid the unintended turmoil generated by Sousuke's protective efforts and unconventional solutions.
