Synopsis

A secret military organization deploys an elite unit to protect a sensitive asset: a teenage girl who unconsciously possesses unprecedented scientific insight and is labeled a "Whispered." Led by commanding officer Melissa Mao, the team assigns sergeants Sousuke Sagara and Kurz Weber to guard her from intelligence services and rival groups intent on exploiting her abilities. With Kurz and Melissa supporting remotely, Sousuke integrates into the girl's high school as a classmate to provide close protection. His rigid military habits and limited social skills make adapting to everyday life challenging, generating awkward situations and drawing unwanted notice that heighten the girl's suspicions. Amid these interpersonal strains, a terrorist attack escalates the mission: recognizing the architect behind the assault, Sousuke opts to prioritize the girl's safety over standing orders, taking decisive action to protect her from imminent danger.
