Synopsis

Skull leads the terrorist group Black Ghost and controls nine formidable cyborg operatives. Dr. Isaac Gilmore, the group's cybernetics expert, breaks ranks and supports those cyborgs in turning against Skull and the organization he commands. Black Ghost plans to provoke a new global conflict by distributing weapons of mass destruction on a wide scale. The nine cyborgs must confront both Skull’s authority and Black Ghost’s broader scheme to prevent the spread of devastating armaments and the outbreak of war.
