Synopsis

Moritaka Mashiro and Akito Takagi, working together under the pen name Muto Ashirogi, are on their third serialized work and closer than ever to achieving an anime adaptation. Yet a new hurdle looms: if they cannot outrank the prodigious artist Eiji Niizuma within six months, their series will be terminated. Rival creators swarm behind them, escalating the competition and leaving little room to consider an anime. In this season, the pair must defend their position atop the imposing Shounen Jack rankings while confronting fresh obstacles and integrating new assistants, all as they persist toward their goal.
