Rakko Umi e Kaeru! follows Rakko 9-gou, an elite otter once cast aside and labeled the “Lost Number,” who mounts a vendetta against humans. Rakko 11-gou steps in to oppose him, but his signature “Olivine Tholeiite” strike proves ineffective against the carbon nanotube tail of his rival. As the confrontation escalates, Rie and Naho hurry to reach Rakko 11-gou and prevent disaster.
