Synopsis

During the Border Defense Agency's B-Rank Wars at headquarters, teams compete fiercely for limited slots on an upcoming Away Mission. Tamakoma-2, led by Osamu Mikumo, has survived earlier rounds but now confronts increasingly demanding opponents that force them to exceed their present capabilities. The squad welcomes a skilled newcomer and focuses on training and devising fresh tactics to meet the higher stakes. While preparing, internal tensions erupt into a serious disagreement that threatens their cohesion and endangers their chance to travel to the Neighbor's dimension.
