Drawn by tales of riches, Cid Kagenou accompanies his sister Claire to the notorious Lawless City. The area is dominated by three rulers—the Spirit Fox Yukime, the Tyrant Juggernaut, and Elisabeth, a slumbering progenitor vampire called the Blood Queen. Claire views the hunt for Elisabeth as a chance to validate her abilities, while Cid pursues his own aims: slipping away to gather loot and orchestrate Shadow’s dramatic arrival. As Elisabeth’s revival approaches, her follower Crimson initiates a betrayal that plunges the town into chaos. Claire, searching for her missing brother, joins forces with Mary, a vampire hunter, and they race toward the Crimson Tower, the Blood Queen’s stronghold. At the same time, Beta and a handful of Shadow Garden recruits enter the city. With these factions converging on the tower and the crimson moon rising, tensions build toward a decisive clash.
