Synopsis

After concluding his journey in Hoenn, Satoshi travels to the Sinnoh region to continue his quest to become a Pokémon Master. Upon arrival, Team Rocket attempts once more to capture Pikachu but fails; Pikachu flees into a dense forest, prompting Satoshi to search for him. During the search he reconnects with Takeshi, a seasoned Pokémon breeder he has traveled with before, and encounters Shinji, a rival trainer driven by power who shows little regard for his Pokémon’s welfare. Chasing the source of a notable electric attack, Satoshi finds Pikachu embroiled in a clash with Team Rocket and meets Hikari, an aspiring Pokémon coordinator just starting her path. After disrupting Team Rocket’s scheme and reuniting with Pikachu, Hikari joins Satoshi’s group, and together they set out to explore the diverse challenges and experiences awaiting them across Sinnoh.
