Synopsis

Yuuto Amakawa leads an unremarkable urban existence following his parents' passing, attending school alongside his neighbor, Rinko. His primary concern is a common allergy to felines. However, his sixteenth birthday marks a significant shift when an Ayakashi, a supernatural entity, targets him due to ancestral transgressions. He is rescued by Himari, a mysterious sword-wielding cat-woman. She reveals Yuuto's lineage as a descendant of demon-slayers and explains her role as his guardian, activated because a protective charm that concealed him from the supernatural realm has now dissipated. The narrative follows Yuuto's encounters with various supernatural forces and the increasing presence of women who arrive at his residence, each possessing their own complex motivations. The series explores whether Yuuto can adapt to his suddenly altered circumstances or if the repercussions of his ancestors' past will ultimately confront him.
