In the aftermath of a brutal confrontation with the Paranormal Liberation Front, public confidence in superheroes is shaken. To counter the threat posed by Tomura Shigaraki working with All For One, All Might summons a formidable foreign ally known as Star and Stripe, reputed as the planet's strongest woman. Before she can reach Japanese airspace, All For One moves to seize her and her fleet in order to obtain her exceptional quirk.
