Synopsis

Following a recent crisis he helped avert, Shigeo "Mob" Kageyama returns to the routine pressures of daily life, beginning with completing an anxiety-inducing school career form. Alongside this mundane task, he continues to support his mentor Arataka Reigen and guide the office's latest member, Katsuya Serizawa, as they investigate clients' paranormal concerns. As Mob balances these responsibilities, he pursues greater autonomy in both his psychic abilities and his personal life, working to connect more naturally with those around him. New supernatural incidents and ordinary obstacles probe his emotional limits and compel him to face the realities he has long avoided. On his path toward maturity, Mob must navigate emotional upheavals and reconsider the innocent assumptions he has relied upon.
