Synopsis

After Medaka Kurokami and the Student Council defeat Myouri Unzen, a brief calm settles over Hakoniwa Academy. That respite ends when Medaka, Zenkichi Hitoyoshi, Kouki Akune, and Mogana Kikaijima become entangled in a covert initiative orchestrated by the school principal known as the Flask Plan. Concurrently, a newly emerged cadre of enhanced students calling themselves the Thirteen Party, led by the arrogant and formidable Oudo Miyakonojou, challenges the council's authority. Between the principal's clandestine agenda, Oudo's domineering tactics, and the reappearance of a previous adversary, the academy's peace unravels and Medaka and her allies confront escalating and increasingly unusual threats.
