Synopsis

In a world shaped by individuals known as Magi—magicians whose affinity for magic can influence nations—each Magi selects a candidate to raise as a ruler, guides them through enigmatic labyrinths called Dungeons, and enables them to claim the power of djinns. The Magi also oversees the ruler’s efforts to establish a nation that could alter the balance of the world. Aladdin is a youthful Magi traveling to discover his identity, accompanied by Ugo, a djinn he calls forth with a flute who serves as friend and guide. During his journey he meets Alibaba Saluja and leads him into a nearby Dungeon; this meeting sparks a larger journey together across the globe, as they encounter growing anomalies that hint at escalating instability.
