Synopsis

Shuichi, the vocalist and primary lyricist for the band Bad Luck, is emotionally unravelling as the next album deadline approaches. Once lively and driven, he now drifts through days paralyzed by a creative block, his focus consumed by the sudden distance from Yuki, the person he loves most. Haunted by anxiety and sadness, Shuichi finds it impossible to concentrate on songwriting; his priority has become repairing the communication that has broken between them. Complicating matters, Shuichi's earlier public claims about his own songwriting ability make it impossible for the band to simply outsource the lyrics. With time running out, the group faces the real possibility that failing to restore Shuichi's inspiration could jeopardize Bad Luck's continuation.
