Synopsis

Kitarou exists as a spirit who dedicates his existence to assisting humans who require his abilities. Guided by a sense of duty, he intervenes when malevolent supernatural beings seek to harm or harass people, using his knowledge and powers to hinder their schemes and protect those in need. The series follows his quiet, resolute efforts to mitigate the threats posed by troublesome spirits while navigating the challenges of an afterlife spent in service to the living.
