Synopsis

Following grueling training with Benimaru Shinmon, Shinra Kusakabe and Arthur Boyle rejoin Special Fire Force Company 8. Their respite is cut short when Captain Akitaru Oubi is detained by the military police after manipulation by the White-Clad cult. Among the cult’s leaders, Haumea—one of the eight pillars who wields an Adolla Burst—has exerted control over the Tokyo Empire’s senior figures and breached the core of the firefighting structure. Confronted with corrupted authority and compromised command, Shinra and the members of Company 8 undertake a mission to free their captain. Their efforts to rescue him and restore order lead to the squad being branded as insurgents while they work to reclaim Tokyo from the cult’s influence.
