Synopsis
Nobita discovers a miniature rocket that contains Papi, a diminutive humanoid who fled his homeworld Pirika to escape his planet's military force, the PCIA. Initially puzzled by Papi's size, Doraemon and the group use the Small Light gadget to shrink themselves so they can play and interact with him. Their time together is disrupted when a whale-shaped warship sent by the PCIA arrives on Earth and targets Papi, prompting attacks on Doraemon and Nobita as the enemy seeks to reclaim him. Troubled by the danger he has brought upon his new friends, Papi nonetheless stands up to resist the pursuing forces. To safeguard Papi and the fate of Pirika, Doraemon and his companions undertake a journey to Papi's planet to confront the threat and offer protection.
