A diminutive president from a distant world flees to Earth to escape capture by hostile military forces that have seized control back home. Welcomed into Doraemon’s circle, the small alien quickly realizes his pursuers have tracked him across space and wishes to spare his human allies from involvement in the conflict. Doraemon, Nobita, Gian, Suneo, and Shizuka undertake a concerted effort to conceal and safeguard the refugee, embarking on a tense and heartfelt struggle to keep him hidden from enemy agents while navigating the risks his presence brings to their ordinary lives.
