A series of unexplained disappearances aboard a train prompts the Demon Slayer Corps to act, but their initial efforts fail. To avert further loss of life, Flame Hashira Kyoujurou Rengoku leads an operation to neutralize the threat, joined by promising recruits Tanjirou Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibira, who intend to observe the Hashira's skill. Unknown to the group, the responsible demons have already set a destructive plot in motion. Faced with a demonic presence intent on harming everyone on board, the squad must summon all their determination and fight to protect the two hundred passengers. As the situation escalates, Tanjirou's dedication and sense of duty are severely challenged.
