Synopsis

At day's end, three men from different walks of the same troubled city—the Port Mafia's rising executive Osamu Dazai, low-ranking member Sakunosuke Oda, and intelligence agent Ango Sakaguchi—share quiet evenings at the Lupin Bar, finding solace in each other's company. One night Ango disappears without explanation, leaving only a single photograph that captures their last moments together. Years later, Dazai serves with the Armed Detective Agency while a new foreign force, the Guild, seeks to revoke the Agency's work license. The Agency must contend with pressure from this American organization even as the Port Mafia remains an opposing force, forcing fractured loyalties and past connections to shape how they respond to threats and preserve their fragile equilibrium.
