Synopsis

A global disaster unfolds when a mysterious mist coincides with the emergence of ability users found dead by apparent suicide. The Armed Detective Agency begins probing these unexplained fatalities and follows clues suggesting involvement of an enigmatic ability wielder known as "Collector," who may be orchestrating the events. With the fate of Yokohama and powered individuals at stake, members of the Agency must confront difficult choices about trust and bravery, forming an uneasy alliance with the dangerous Port Mafia to confront the threat and halt the spread of the catastrophe.
