Synopsis

In a workplace defined by predictable roles—the domineering, uninterested manager; coworkers eager to ingratiate themselves; seemingly flawless colleagues; and those left to handle the real workload—Retsuko, a red panda, belongs to the last category, routinely staying late to finish others' tasks. Her coping mechanism is a nightly ritual at a karaoke bar where she unleashes her frustrations through death metal performances, treating the stage as a refuge from her routine pressures. As she gradually steps beyond that solitary retreat and allows people into her musical sanctuary, she confronts the contrast between others' expectations of her and her own identity, discovering that sharing this fierce outlet can change how she relates to herself and those around her.
