Synopsis

Michiru Kita possesses a unique perception, allowing her to discern a visual indicator of mortality around individuals' necks. The intensity of this mark directly correlates with the proximity of their end. Her attention is drawn to classmates Chika Akatsuki and Shito Tachibana, whose respective marks are entirely devoid of light. Upon attempting to alert them to their fate, she uncovers their hidden reality: they are no longer living, sustained only by an arrangement with the enigmatic Zombie-Loan agency. This pact demands a specific recompense: the boys must pursue and eliminate other undead beings to fulfill their obligation. When they become aware of Michiru's distinctive sight, they integrate her into their extraordinary and dangerous existence.
