Akira Tendou once followed a clear trajectory: top university, standout rugby involvement, and steady progress toward his ideal career, complemented by the cheerful presence of a caring colleague at work. Over three years, however, relentless shifts and exploitative demands transform his routine into sleepless exhaustion, leaving him estranged from the ambitions and vitality he once held. Surrounded by similarly burned-out coworkers and facing the erosion of passion, Akira encounters an unforeseen catalyst for change when a zombie outbreak disrupts the oppressive grind. Freed from constant overtime, he chooses to use the uncertain time to pursue a list of one hundred experiences he wants to complete before he may succumb to the catastrophe. Though danger and loss are all around, this radical shift allows Akira to reconnect with life and intentional living amid chaos, discovering renewed purpose in the act of chasing personal goals.
