Yuusei Fudou aims to recover what was taken from him. In Neo Domino City, Riding Duels on hybrid D-Wheels—part Duel Disk, part motorcycle—have become the city's main spectacle. After crafting his own D-Wheel, Yuusei had it and his prized card, Stardust Dragon, seized by his former friend Jack Atlas, who left their rundown Satellite district for Neo Domino City. Two years later, Jack dominates the dueling scene. Meanwhile, Yuusei, supported by friends and having completed a new D-Wheel, travels to Neo Domino City with the singular purpose of confronting Jack and reclaiming what he lost. Neither realizes that larger, unseen forces are influencing events from behind the scenes.
