Synopsis

During a Turbo Duel with Jack Atlas and Crow Hogan, Yuusei Fudou faces a mysterious future duelist named Paradox, who seizes Yuusei’s Stardust Dragon and transforms it into a Sin Monster. With aid from the Crimson Dragon, Yuusei pursues Paradox through a temporal rift and is carried into the past. There he encounters Jaden Yuki, who still channels the powers of Yubel and The Supreme King, but finds himself outmatched after Paradox has already taken Cyber End Dragon and Rainbow Dragon. Yuusei and the Crimson Dragon intervene to rescue Jaden. Jaden reveals Paradox’s objective: by corrupting monsters taken from different eras and killing Maximillion Pegasus, the creator of Duel Monsters, Paradox intends to prevent the game’s existence and erase the events connecting the three series. Yuusei and Jaden unite to track Paradox further back in time, arriving amid repercussions of Paradox’s prior attacks on that era, which include the apparent deaths of Pegasus and Yugi Mutou’s grandfather and the theft of Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Red-Eyes Black Dragon. After explaining the situation, Yugi joins Yuusei and Jaden. The three duel together against Paradox in a decisive confrontation aimed at liberating the enslaved monsters and restoring the proper flow of history before it can be wiped away.
