Synopsis

Asuta Jimon, a runaway drifting through the night, encounters a collapsed girl beside a tricycle and, after offering food, accepts her invitation to join her group, taking the name “Dva.” Unaware at first that the girl, Kate Hoshimiya, is the leader of Zvezda—a covert organization intent on global domination—Asuta gradually confronts the reality of Kate’s ambitions as unusual events pull him deeper into the group. He becomes part of an odd ensemble that includes the samurai-styled Itsuka Shikabane, the technological expert Natalia “Natasha” Vasylchenko, the problematic Yasubee “Yasu” Morozumi, former gangster Gorou Shikabane, and the versatile robot Roboko Tsujii. Facing opposition from a justice-focused force called White Light and the Japanese government, Zvezda pursues its aim to spread its influence worldwide while its members navigate their eccentric dynamics and escalating conflict.
