Synopsis

Chief Investigator Liza Luna, observing Earth from the Azatos Empire's survey ship, initially intends to eliminate all lifeforms on the planet, preserving only its valuable resources. Her initial evaluation suggests that human civilization's development is considerably less advanced than other known lifeforms. To conduct a thorough inspection and gain a deeper understanding of the inhabitants, Liza descends to the planet's surface. Still convinced that nothing of value will be found, the investigator visits a local cafe to assess the planet's food culture. Upon entering a cat cafe, Liza encounters creatures possessing a level of cuteness unmatched throughout the galaxy. This new discovery motivates Liza to shift her focus towards investigating Earth's numerous charming residents.
