Synopsis

Takemichi Hanagaki repeatedly returns to earlier years trying to avert the present-day killing of Hinata Tachibana, the girl he loved in adolescence. Burdened by grief and by consequences of his own time-travel attempts, he faces the Tokyo Manji gang, whose original hopeful purpose under Manjirou “Mikey” Sano has been corrupted after Tetta Kisaki seized control. Hoping to prevent the chain of events that lead to Hinata's death, Takemichi goes back again to investigate Black Dragon, a rival motorcycle group implicated in her fate. In that past he encounters Hakkai Shiba, a young member dominated by his older brother Taiju, whose violent beating of Takemichi triggers Hakkai’s attempt to leave Tokyo Manji—an action Takemichi must stop to protect Hakkai’s future. A shared loss brings Takemichi together with Chifuyu Matsuno, forming a close partnership that becomes essential as they probe the destinies of Black Dragon’s members. Together, Takemichi and his allies struggle against gang brutality and manipulation as he fights to change outcomes and secure better lives for those he cares about.
