Synopsis

A decade after the Bubble War, economic disparity has deepened worldwide, and Tokyo reflects the extremes of wealth and indulgence. Saiga, who used to work as a war photographer, is now employed by Hibara Ginza within the capitalist landscape of the city. Assigned to investigate the Roppongi Club—a covert headquarters hidden in Tokyo’s red-light district—he attempts to gather intelligence but is discovered during the operation. Brought before a girl named Kagura amid a ritual, Saiga’s encounter with her triggers a latent ability: his camera now causes things to detonate when he photographs them. With this dangerous new power and the secretive nature of the club and Kagura, Saiga sets out alone to penetrate the truth and confront what lies behind the Roppongi Club.
