Synopsis

During the Second Europa War, conflict rages between Gallia and the East Europan Imperial Alliance. A penal military squad called the Nameless flees from both sides: Gallia brands them as mutineers while the Empire treats them as a high-priority target. Isolated and uncertain of their loyalties, the group struggles to survive amid the wider fighting, further shaken when their tank driver, Gusurg, defects to the Empire. After freeing a village from imperial control, the Nameless discover Isara Welkin, a wounded Gallian tank operator from Squad 7, who tells Kurt Irving, the Nameless' commander, that her unit is retreating following a failed operation. She asks the Nameless for help, forcing them to choose between staying concealed or risking everything to rescue soldiers of the country that has labeled them criminals.
