Synopsis

Usagi Tsukino and her fellow friends return to their roles as Sailor Guardians, defenders of planetary peace, when a new extraterrestrial menace emerges. Two alien survivors, An and Ail, attempt to sustain their species by siphoning life energy from unaware humans to revive their Makai Tree, forcing the Guardians to intervene to prevent Earth's destruction. Shortly after that crisis, a young girl arrives from the future seeking the origin of Sailor Moon’s power to protect her family. Her quest attracts further danger when the Black Moon Clan also targets that same power for their own harmful aims. To safeguard their futures and the cosmos' balance, Sailor Moon and the other Sailor Guardians must confront these overlapping threats and stop their plans.
