Synopsis
In Kalos' Lumiose City, Satoshi and Pikachu arrive to catch more Pokémon and advance their journey toward becoming top trainers. There they encounter Citron, an inventive young scientist, and his sister Eureka; a spontaneous battle ensues before Team Rocket's interference triggers a Gaburias rampage through the city. Meanwhile in Vaniville Town, Serena endures rigorous Sihorn training set by her mother, a professional racer. After seeing a familiar face from her childhood on television reporting events in Miare City, she is moved to seek him out and leaves home determined to rediscover what she truly wants. The series follows these characters as they traverse Kalos: Satoshi takes on gym challenges, Citron studies under Satoshi’s example, and Serena searches for her personal dream. Along their travels they form new friendships, confront rivals, foil Team Rocket’s plots, and gradually uncover aspects of mega evolution.
