Synopsis
Ainz Ooal Gown, once the human Momonga, has embraced his identity as an undead sorcerer and sovereign of the Great Tomb of Nazarick in a world that mirrors his former VR game, Yggdrasil. Despite familiar contours, the realm conceals unknowns that Ainz seeks to investigate while exercising his authority from Nazarick. After a subordinate suffered catastrophic brainwashing, Ainz grows cautious about the rising menace posed by the Slane Theocracy and apprehensive about the possibility that other former Yggdrasil participants might be present.
