Synopsis

When robotic household maids become common, ten-year-old Bondo Taira discovers his friends Motsuo and Gachi Gorilla already have their own models. Motsuo’s robot, Meico, is graceful and attentive, offering pleasant massages and polite service, which leaves Bondo longing for a similar companion. He persuades his mother to obtain an OrderMaid, only to find a very different machine waiting at his door: a bulky, overly strong, and accident-prone maid who wreaks havoc while attempting ordinary tasks. Known as Roboko, she contrasts sharply with Bondo’s expectations, yet as he and his friends interact with her, they uncover qualities and depths that defy their initial impressions.
