Synopsis

After the chaotic cultural festival, Masamune Makabe remains determined to retaliate against Aki Adagaki by making her fall for him and then abandoning her. When his class travels to Paris, he sees a chance to execute this plan in the city famed for romance. Before he can act, they encounter Muriel Besson, a French high school otaku who wants to create a romantic-comedy manga and believes Masamune is the perfect model for the lead. He begrudgingly agrees to help, bringing Aki along so Muriel can observe the prototype for the love interest, which requires them to demonstrate Japanese courting behaviors. Complicating matters, Kanetsugu Gasou is impersonating Masamune to manipulate Aki. Caught between misunderstandings, rivalries, and the pressures of Muriel’s project, Masamune’s attempt at revenge becomes increasingly tangled.
